Making art out of materials found helps me ground and raise my vibrational frequency.

Behind me is a piece of art I created out of scrap cardboard I formed and then painted my design of a female form of the tree of life in a yin and Yang shape on canvas and hand beaded stones for the leaves. I affixed LED lights within it and when it lights up you can see a second hand painted canvas of the flower of life behind the tree.
