This photograph was taken during a trip where I was surprised with a visit to a sunflower field. Sunflowers, my favorite flower. For me, sapphic love is gentle, full of little surprises and so much care for one another. Its her filling my water bottle, when I'm too lazy to go do it. It's me making her little snacks throughout the day. It's discovering new things together - exploring, and always knowing the safest place in the world is home, where we can fall into each others arms at the end of a long day.
