This is what a butch lesbian looks like. This is Tabs the founder of the iconic London party, 'Butch Please.' Photographed in my studio at a moment she chose to be fully seen, Tabs embodies a tension central to butchness: vulnerability held within defiance. The portrait resists stereotype, presenting strength not as hardness but as presence, a deliberate visibility where softness and resilience coexist.
[Visual Description] Describe your photo so we can provide alt-text. Example: "Two women holding hands and smiling as they walk in a pride parade, surrounded by rainbow flags."
A butch lesbian, bare chested, tattooed in a contrasting dramatic light appearing vulnerable yet strong and defiant.
